The idea began with our founder, Graham Kerswell, after years of working around healthcare administration and seeing how difficult it could be for ordinary families to understand what they were paying for. Graham's ties in the Charlotte area for the last 16 years, has became especially interested in the Direct Primary Care model because it puts the primary care relationship and its costs into a structure that can be easier for patients to understand.
