Careers
We are building a friendly, practical team focused on making healthcare conversations easier for people in North Carolina. We value clear communication, curiosity, reliability, and respect for every client.

What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in helping someone understand a hard decision, not just getting through the call.
- Plain talk with clients. You will be explaining detailed information to people who may be stressed about cost. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Calling back when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for privacy. Clients share personal household details with us. Handling that information carefully is part of the job.
- Honesty about limits. We explain what an option does and does not do, and we say so when we do not know.
Experience in insurance, healthcare, or customer service helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the industry experience, say so, because we do train. [If advisor role requires an NC health insurance license, state that here]
